YETI Cooler Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, LISTING AGREEMENT, REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION, REFERRAL, OR USE OF REAL ESTATE SERVICES WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, September 5th, 2026 at 5pm Central Time and ends on September 30th, 2026 at 5pm Central Time ("Giveaway Period").
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and
- Reside in Boone, Newton, Carroll, Marion and Baxter counties of the state of Arkansas
Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor's affiliated real estate firm, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period:
- Like the original Giveaway post, follow page; and
- Comment on the original Giveaway post and share your favorite place to spend a weekend in Northwest Arkansas.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
No purchase, payment, real estate transaction, listing agreement, referral, consultation, or use of Sponsor's real estate services is required to enter.
Purchasing a product or service, entering into a real estate transaction, providing a real estate referral, or doing business with Sponsor will not provide additional entries or improve an entrant's odds of winning.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One YETI Roadie 8 Cooler
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $165
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner is responsible for any taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received after the Giveaway Period closes.
The random selection is expected to occur on October 1st, 2026 at 5pm on Facebook Live.

8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted through Facebook Messenger using the account associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to award the prize.
The winner will never be required to pay money, provide payment information, complete a real estate transaction, or purchase a product or service to claim the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48hrs, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.

9. Prize Delivery
The winner will receive the prize by picking up at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette Real Estate office Harrison located 1306 N. Hwy 65 Harrison, AR 72765
Additional pickup or delivery arrangements will be communicated directly to the confirmed winner.

10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, automated, manipulated, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

11. Privacy
Information provided by an entrant will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and award the prize.
Entering the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to enter into a real estate relationship or transaction with Sponsor.
If Sponsor separately offers entrants the opportunity to receive marketing communications, that consent should be presented separately from the Giveaway entry.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or YETI.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and YETI are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway or the awarding of the prize.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or YETI.
YETI is a trademark of its respective owner. Use of the YETI name solely identifies the prize and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this Giveaway.

13. Real Estate Services Disclaimer
No brokerage relationship, agency relationship, listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, real estate transaction, referral, consultation, or other real estate service is required to participate in or win this Giveaway.
